Shift: Overnight (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
Schedule: 40 Hours per Week (Specific days TBD during interview) Position Summary  PAI is a staffing employment firm located in downtown Brooklyn, and our client, a well-known agency, is seeking. a Licensed Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive medical care and nursing interventions within a juvenile correctional setting. Located in the scenic Hudson Valley, Highland Residential Center is an ACA-accredited facility serving male youth (up to age 21). You will work as an integral part of a multidisciplinary medical treatment team, delivering care that is both systematic and compliant with New York State regulatory standards. Primary Responsibilities
Medication Management: Administer medications and maintain accurate medical inventory, including strict oversight of controlled substances.
Patient Assessment: Review health conditions of youth, including the preparation and evaluation of nursing intervention plans.
Clinical Reporting: Ensure interventions align with comprehensive treatment plans and prepare all required clinical and administrative reports.
Safety & Standards: Maintain infection control standards and participate in facility-wide staff trainings.
Collaborative Care: Act as a key member of the medical team, ensuring a high standard of care for all residents.
Working Environment
Support: Supervision staff are present at all times during the delivery of nursing care.
Dress Code: Scrubs or Business Casual.
Requirements: No current vaccine requirements.

Licensure: Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
