What You’ll Do:
Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures
Scrub and circulate a wide range of adult surgical cases — including general, ortho, trauma, neuro, and robotics
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and techs to ensure flawless procedural flow
Uphold the highest standards of aseptic technique and infection control
Monitor patient vitals and respond swiftly to intraoperative changes or emergencies
Maintain detailed, timely documentation in accordance with hospital policies
Participate in on-call rotations as needed
What You Bring:
Active New York State RN license
At least 2 years of recent Adult OR experience, with scrubbing required
Comfort and capability across multiple specialties, including trauma and robotics
Current BLS and ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
Confidence, precision, and critical thinking under pressure
A collaborative spirit and commitment to patient-centered care
