What You’ll Do:
Provide comprehensive, compassionate care to pediatric inpatients across multiple units
Perform thorough nursing assessments and deliver evidence-based care with minimal supervision
Respond confidently to changes in patient condition, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
Accurately document patient care using EPIC Electronic Medical Records (preferred)
Prioritize safety, communication, and family-centered care in all aspects of nursing practice
Float as needed to different pediatric inpatient units to meet hospital needs
Support patient recovery with clinical expertise, emotional support, and skilled interventions
What We’re Looking For:
Current NYS RN license and registration required
Certified in BLS and able to recertify as needed
Minimum of 1.5 years of recent (within the past 2 years) acute care experience in a facility of similar size and scope
At least 2 years of pediatric nursing experience in a Level 1 or Level 2 trauma center required
EPIC EMR experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Must have a clean professional record—no license suspensions, investigations, or liability claims
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Must pass pre-employment health clearance, drug screening, and background check
