Job Title: Clinical Lab Technician Position Type: Short-Term, Temporary (3 months) Hours: Monday-Friday, 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm Location: Syracuse, NY Salary: $60 Work Authorization: Must have authorization to work for any U.S. employer without sponsorship. What We’re Looking For:
A valid New York State license, eligibility, or permit to practice as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist
Sharp attention to detail, including the ability to distinguish colors (an essential skill in this role)
Ideally, at least two years of hands-on experience in a clinical lab setting
Completion of a pre-employment health screening
What You’ll Do:
Play a critical role in patient care by processing and analyzing specimens with precision and urgency
Use our laboratory information system to enter and retrieve patient data, test orders, and quality control information
Carefully follow established protocols to handle specimens—including reference lab samples and paperwork—to ensure accuracy and timely results
Perform daily maintenance and minor troubleshooting on lab equipment, documenting all work thoroughly
Deliver reliable, high-quality test results while upholding strict health, safety, and confidentiality standards
Stay focused and organized while juggling multiple responsibilities—because every test matters to someone’s care
