Job Description

Physician 
  Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct physical examinations using appropriate medical instruments and equipment.
  • Obtain and document detailed patient medical histories.
  • Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests, analyses, and imaging.
  • Diagnose patient conditions and develop treatment plans.
  • Prescribe and administer medications and therapeutic interventions.
  • Promote preventive health measures, including diet, hygiene, and disease prevention.
  • Administer immunizations and vaccinations to prevent communicable diseases.
  • Refer patients to specialists for consultation when necessary.
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to junior physicians and other healthcare staff.
  • Manage and oversee medical services for assigned facility, unit, or program.
Required Qualifications
  • Valid license to practice medicine in the State of New York.
  • Current and valid Federal Narcotics Number (DEA registration).
