Job Description: Statistical Assistant
  • Assist in the collection, organization, and maintenance of statistical data for research and reporting purposes.
  • Perform data entry and database management tasks to ensure accuracy and integrity of statistical information.
  • Conduct preliminary data analysis using statistical software and tools under supervision.
  • Prepare tables, charts, and graphs to visually represent data findings.
  • Support the preparation of statistical reports, summaries, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Review and verify source data for completeness and correctness.
  • Collaborate with team members to address data quality issues and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data and adhere to organizational data security policies.
  • Stay updated on basic statistical methods and relevant software applications.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or project leads.
