We are seeking a welcoming and dependable Greeter to be the first point of contact for customers. In this role, you set the tone for each visitor’s experience, helping people feel comfortable and supported as they take care of important matters. Your smile, patience, and professionalism will leave a lasting impression on every person who walks through the door.
What You’ll Do
Warmly welcome and guide customers, ensuring they feel valued and respected.
Manage the flow of visitors by distributing queue tickets and providing clear directions.
Administer and grade vision tests with training provided.
Enter passing results into the computer system with accuracy.
Capture customer photos for licenses and IDs—no prior experience needed.
What We’re Looking For
High School Diploma or GED required.
Ability to stand for extended periods (accommodations available).
Willingness to complete background check and fingerprinting.
A positive, professional attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
