Our client, an NYC construction agency, is seeking a Secretary (Transcriptionist) to work in its CM Bronx Division who excels in taking and preparing minutes for meetings as well as skilled in administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
The Transcriptionist will be assigned to CM Bronx.
Attend job progress meetings 2-3 days a week in the field, held for in-house projects.
Take and prepare minutes for each meeting,
Enter the minutes into CM13 and maintain a record of the information entered.
Requirements
HS Diploma/GED and 4 years of administrative experience, two of which must be supervisory of performing complex confidential secretary/administrative tasks.
Valid driver's license.
Must be computer literate, detail-oriented, a good listener, with the ability to take accurate notes.
Must maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
Construction background desired and/or is helpful.
