Title: Social Worker Position Type: Long-Term Temporary (up to 2 years) Location: Romulus, NY Salary: Up to $40 per hour, depending on experience Hours: 8am-4pm Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Responsibilities:
Contract Staff will assist in providing therapeutic services to patients in a primary therapist role to include individual therapy and the completion of mental health assesments and documentation (Core History, Suicide Assessments/risk assessments, Weekly/Monthly Progress Notes, Treatment Plans, Discharge Plans) according to policy and procedure.
Group facilitation will also be part of the expectations.
Requirements:
- License to practice as a Social Worker in NYS.
- At least one year of experience in a behavioral health setting preferred.
