What You’ll Do:
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with professional nursing standards
Monitor and respond to changes in patient conditions, escalating concerns to physicians as necessary
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Operate and care for a variety of medical and nursing equipment
Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation of all patient interactions and care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care plans
Support emergency care procedures and remain calm in high-pressure situations
Take on additional duties as assigned by Nursing Administration or designee
What You Bring:
Active New York State RN License (Required)
Strong working knowledge of professional nursing practices and medical terminology
Familiarity with medications, dosages, and potential adverse reactions
Ability to detect critical changes in patient condition and act accordingly
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
