7p-7a or 11p-7a (4 RNs needed)
7a-7p or 7a-3p (6 RNs needed)
11a-11p or 3p-11p (5 RNs needed)
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care within established guidelines and procedures to individuals with non-critical conditions and treatments. The successful candidate will be responsible for medication administration, patient assessment, following ordered treatment plans, and providing emergency care as needed. Additionally, the nurse will offer clinical supervision to paraprofessional and direct care personnel assigned to them.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and perform patient assessments.
Follow and implement ordered treatment plans.
Provide emergency care as required.
Supervise and support paraprofessional and direct care staff.
Participate in staff training programs.
Prepare clinical and administrative reports.
Maintain infection control standards.
Collaborate as a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team.
Qualifications:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to supervise and mentor paraprofessional staff.
Knowledge of infection control practices.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Flexibility to work all three shifts, including weekends.
