Responsibilities:
Assist and direct nursing care to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Ensure that patients' rights are supported and upheld at all times.
Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring.
Initiate and conduct patient care assessments to determine individual needs and develop appropriate care plans.
Utilize the Nursing Process to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring comprehensive and personalized care.
Assist with the administration of medications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to prescribed protocols.
Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in accordance with policy, maintaining detailed and precise patient records.
Follow all nursing policies and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant care environment.
Act as a collaborative member of the Treatment Team, working closely with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
