What You’ll Do:
Administer medications, including controlled substances and narcotics, while maintaining proper inventory and safety standards.
Monitor and assess youth health status, and develop, review, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure quality and consistency of care.
Support infection control practices and participate in staff training and education.
Contribute to both clinical and administrative reporting processes.
Additional responsibilities will be reviewed in detail during the interview.
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed and registered to practice as an RN in New York State.
At least 1 year of post-licensure nursing experience.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive both independently and within a team.
Familiarity with infection control standards and healthcare protocols.
