Registered Nurse
Position Title: Registered Nurse Location: Bedford Hills, NY Hours: 6a - 2p Pay Rate: $35
We are seeking 2 dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join one of our clients team. The ideal candidates will provide high-quality nursing care to inmates, ensuring their health and well-being. This position requires working from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to inmates, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration.
Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and correctional staff to ensure the safety and health of inmates.
Conduct health screenings and assist with medical examinations.
Educate inmates on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Adhere to all facility policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
Requirements:
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Minimum of one year of nursing experience.
Ability to furnish a resume upon request.
Successful completion of a security background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a correctional or similar setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a high-stress environment.
