Step into the heart of life’s most transformative moments.
As a Labor & Delivery RN, you’re there for the first cries, the anxious heartbeats, and the profound silence just before life begins. Your hands hold strength, and your presence brings calm — whether you're guiding a new mother through labor, caring for a newborn, or responding quickly to surgical needs.

This isn’t just about clinical care. It’s about showing up physically, emotionally, and wholeheartedly, for families experiencing one of the most intimate and powerful chapters of their lives.

What You’ll Do:
  • Deliver compassionate, high-quality care across Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Nursery
  • Float seamlessly between units to meet patient and staffing needs
  • Circulate and scrub for C-sections, supporting both mothers and surgical teams
  • Perform detailed maternal and neonatal assessments, monitor fetal well-being, and respond to changes quickly
  • Provide emotional support, education, and reassurance to families before, during, and after birth
  • Administer medications, manage IVs, and maintain accurate documentation in EPIC
  • Collaborate with OB/GYNs, anesthesiologists, pediatricians, and fellow nurses to ensure continuity of care
  • Uphold strict infection control and patient safety standards

What You Bring:
  • Current RN license in New York State
  • BLS certified and eligible to recertify
  • 1.5+ years of recent experience in acute L&D, postpartum, or nursery settings
  • Skilled in circulating and scrubbing C-sections
  • Ability to float across multiple units with minimal orientation
  • Familiarity with EPIC (preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Clean professional record and background check
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Why It Matters: Labor & Delivery nurses are more than caregivers,  they’re protectors of peace, advocates for safety, and quiet heroes in life’s most sacred moments. In this role, you won't just witness beginnings, you'll shape them.

Be the steady hand and warm heart in the room. Apply now to start your journey.
