What You’ll Do:
Provide individualized, patient-centered care rooted in dignity, respect, and compassion.
Support patients through medical and emotional transitions — from detox to long-term recovery.
Facilitate educational groups, therapeutic sessions, and medication-assisted treatments.
Work with individuals facing both addiction and mental health challenges using a holistic, trauma-informed approach.
Be part of our specialized Women’s Program, offering gender-responsive group therapy and support.
Collaborate with a deeply committed interdisciplinary team — social workers, addiction counselors, medical staff, therapists, and more.
Empower patients to develop strong, realistic aftercare plans so they leave not just sober — but supported.
Lead heroin and opioid overdose prevention trainings, giving families and communities the tools to save lives.
Who You Are:
A Registered Nurse licensed in New York State
Experienced or passionate about addiction recovery and dual-diagnosis care
A strong communicator and calm presence — especially during vulnerable moments
Grounded in empathy and clinical excellence
Ready to work flexible shifts (days, evenings, or nights) as part of a team that truly shows up
