We’re seeking a passionate and skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our CT team in a community-based setting, where your work directly impacts the lives of everyday people—from the worried parent to the elderly patient looking for clarity and peace of mind.
In this short-term assignment, you'll bring precision, care, and comfort to patients during times when they need it most. Your calm presence and expert hands will make all the difference. What You’ll Do:
Welcome patients with empathy, clearly explain procedures, and ensure they feel safe and supported
Perform radiographic exams with skill and accuracy under the guidance of a radiologist
Position patients with care and set the right exposure levels to ensure high-quality images
Operate advanced CT imaging equipment smoothly and confidently
Prioritize radiation safety to protect patients and yourself
Accurately document exams and input data into the Radiology Information System for billing and record-keeping
Report any equipment issues promptly and follow departmental protocols to maintain quality and consistency
Support the imaging needs of both referring physicians and radiologists
What You Bring:
Associate’s degree (A.A.S.) in Radiologic Technology or equivalent
Current NYS license and registration
At least 1 year of experience in radiologic technology
A calm, compassionate demeanor with strong communication skills
Flexibility for rotating on-call shifts
Completion of pre-employment health clearance
