What You’ll Do:
Provide primary medical care for college students in a supportive, outpatient clinic
Take detailed patient histories and perform full physical assessments
Order, interpret, and explain lab tests and diagnostics
Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic conditions
Prescribe medications and guide students on how to use them safely
Administer in-house procedures such as wound care, nebulizer treatments, injections, venipuncture, and PPDs
Educate students on their health, empowering them with knowledge and confidence
Collaborate with physicians and refer patients to local specialists, urgent care, or hospitals when needed
Contribute to staff meetings, continuing education, and campus health initiatives
Help develop resources and materials that promote health awareness on campus

What You’ll Bring:
Master’s Degree in Nursing
Active Nurse Practitioner license in NYS
Current ANCC certification (or equivalent)
CPR/AED certification
At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in primary care, ideally with adolescents/young adults
Comfort with electronic medical records (EMR), preferably Medicat
