Job Description
Our client, a NYS agency focused on people with developmental disabilties, is looking for an Legal Assistant in its procurement department.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in review and organization of various solicitations, contracts, and grants
Schedule meetings and monitor several email mailboxes
Perform a wide variety of activities associated with contractual and administrative services
Assist with special projects as assigned
Requirements
At minimum an Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree preferred
At least 2 years of office experience preferred, not necessarily required
Excellent writing and analytical skills, strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with Microsoft applications
