  • Draft and send correspondence to involved parties as part of the intake and resolution process
  • Collaborate with attorneys to support the resolution of cases, including FIFA matters, by helping assess claims and gather relevant documentation
  • Coordinate and schedule witness or worker interviews
  • Assist with drafting legal documents, compiling reports, and preparing case files
  • Maintain internal resource guides, including the Intake Wiki and training materials
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including initial candidate screenings and interview coordination
  • Participate in improving intake systems, protocols, and data organization for increased efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications:
  • Certificate or technical degree in Paralegal Studies or Legal Assistance required
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
  • Ability to apply critical thinking and discretion in reviewing and routing sensitive legal matters
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working with databases or case management systems
  • Comfort working independently and as part of a team
  • Interest in employment law, public service, and supporting legal enforcement
