We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Legal Admin's to join our client onsite in Albany, NY.
Responsibilities:
Opening mail
Create file folders for new matters; organize hard files in filing cabinets; scan Court Notices, Wills, Trusts, Pleadings and Accountings into NYMatters and WPDAT
Complete file review tasks, as requested
Correspond by email and telephone
Review, print, scan, email and mail legal papers
Requirements:
Previous experience as a legal administrative assistant
