Job Description

Position: Data Entry
Location: Wassaic, NY 
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm
Salary:  $17 - $19
 
Position Overview: The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the efficient operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate basic office equipment (e.g., copiers, scanners, fax machines).
  • Review receipts for accuracy and completeness.
  • Reconcile charges in the Student Financial System (SFS).
  • Communicate with external sites via email and phone to address inquiries and provide information.
  • Maintain both paper and electronic filing systems for documents.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support office operations.

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Previous experience in an office environment is preferred but not required.
