Help People Fix Mistakes and Move Forward: Draft thoughtful messages to applicants identifying errors or missing information and help them resolve issues
Keep Records Clean and Systems Updated: Create and maintain accurate electronic records, licenses, and registrations in line with official guidelines
Stay Steady Under Pressure: Field up to 60 customer service calls a day while keeping your focus sharp and your tone helpful
Pitch In Where Needed: Contribute to the broader mission by stepping in on various support tasks as assigned
