We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Developer to join our staffing industry team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent presentation skills, and a proven track record in recruiting. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving the growth of our company in collaboration with internal departments/teams
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities centered on PAI staffing industry solutions/initiatives within and around government, private, and non-profit industries.Â
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, PAI active clients, and community stakeholders.
Effectively lead internal and external presentations and communications when needed, such as internal warm handoffs, prospective sales, and networking events.
Collaborate with the recruiting team to identify and promote viable talent in marketing to prospective and active clients.
Track and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, and recruiting within the staffing industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and closing / negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
