We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Developer to join our staffing industry team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent presentation skills, and a proven track record in recruiting. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving the growth of our company in collaboration with internal departments/teams

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities centered on PAI staffing industry solutions/initiatives within and around government, private, and non-profit industries. 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, PAI active clients, and community stakeholders.
  • Effectively lead internal and external presentations and communications when needed, such as internal warm handoffs, prospective sales, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to identify and promote viable talent in marketing to prospective and active clients.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, and recruiting within the staffing industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and closing / negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
