Position Type: Full-time, Long-term temporary Location: Malta, NY (Hybrid) Work Hours: 40 hours per week with unpaid ½ hr. lunchbreak, daily. Compensation: $19.97 per hour, plus benefits, vacation, sick leave, and holidays

Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls using both electronic and paper-based documentation systems.
Accurately gather and verify demographic information using standard computer software and systems.
Utilize your product or service knowledge to recognize, apply, and explain solutions to customers
Must always maintain professionalism and a positive attitude, even when dealing with difficult situations.
