What You’ll Do:
Review and audit 240+ professional fee charts, across multiple specialties and high-volume clinics
Ensure accuracy and compliance by validating codes, specificities, and acuities using 3M CAC
Track trends, spot errors, and identify areas of improvement
Create executive-level summaries and audit reports that drive real change
Meet with coding leaders to present findings and propose educational strategies
Conduct one-on-one and group coder training sessions to promote excellence
Help teams recognize under- and over-documentation trends and move toward best practices
This Role Is Built for Someone Who:
Brings experience in auditing both professional and technical charges across various specialties
Is confident using Allscripts EMR, Meditech EHR, 3M CAC, and OnBase
Understands the balance of productivity and quality: auditing 5–6 charts per hour
Communicates clearly with leadership and enjoys collaborative problem-solving
Is passionate about coder education and lifting the entire team’s performance
Is ready to work independently, on their own equipment, from anywhere
What You’ll Need:
Dual monitors, headphones/headset, high-speed internet
Comfort navigating VPNs, Citrix, and remote access protocols
A flexible schedule and commitment to quality over shortcuts
