We’re looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join a dedicated Pediatric Operating Room team in Syracuse, NY. For three months, you’ll be at the heart of critical, life-changing procedures, helping children heal, recover, and return to their families stronger and healthier. What You'll Do:
Provide expert care before, during, and after pediatric surgical procedures
Scrub and circulate for a variety of cases including general, orthopedic, trauma, neuro, and robotic surgeries
Work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists to ensure a safe and successful experience for every child
Stay alert to changes in patient condition and respond with calm, confident care
Follow all infection control standards and maintain accurate documentation
What You Bring:
An active NYS RN license
Hands-on pediatric OR experience, including scrubbing
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
BLS and ACLS certification, or willingness to obtain
The ability to stay focused and deliver excellent care, even during overnight or long shifts
